Lowest Price Guaranteed
Competitor means a self storage facility located within 5 miles of American Storage.
To qualify, a competitor price must be in writing (excluding e-mail) and/or verifiable via telephone or through the competitor’s website. American Storage shall not be obligated to honor any price that cannot be independently verified. The written offer must contain the date of the rent offer and not exceed 30 days from requested reservation date with American Storage.
This offer applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public. If the comparison price is offered on a website, the offer must be available on a U.S. based website.
This offer is only applicable to comparable units, in terms of size and immediate availability, at the time a self storage lease is executed. Comparability shall be determined by the sole discretion of American Storage.
This offer does not apply or extend to future rental increases during a tenancy nor does this offer apply to administrative or other fees that American Storage may charge.
Existing tenants are only eligible for this promotion if expanding square footage by increasing unit size or renting an additional unit.
This offer may not be combined with any other American Storage offer, discount, or promotion. Verified requests will receive the guaranteed rate upon execution of a self-storage rental agreement.
American Storage reserves the right not to apply the guarantee or attempt to verify any offer that American Storage believes is the result of a printing or other error, or an offer that is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
